Are your flavors made with real espresso?
Yes — every LIXMIX flavor starts with real espresso. We wanted the coffee experience to feel smooth, rich, and authentic.

How much caffeine is in a can?
Most LIXMIX flavors contain around 70mg of caffeine from real espresso — roughly comparable to a shot of espresso or a small cup of coffee. Some flavors, like Tiramisu, may contain slightly more depending on the espresso profile. Designed for balanced energy, smooth flavor, and an easy everyday pick-me-up.

Is LIXMIX overly sweet?
LIXMIX is designed to feel indulgent, balanced, and espresso-forward. We carefully craft each flavor so the espresso and flavor profiles shine through naturally, creating a smooth, satisfying coffee experience that feels flavorful without being overly heavy or syrupy.

How many calories are in a can?
Around 150–160 calories, depending on flavor. LIXMIX is designed to feel like a balanced indulgence — rich, satisfying, and dessert-inspired without feeling overly heavy.

We partner with premium espresso suppliers and top flavor houses to create smooth, balanced flavors inspired by desserts and café culture from around the world. Each can is crafted with premium espresso, natural flavors, and real whole milk for a rich, creamy finish without the heavy feel. Thoughtfully balanced and espresso-forward, LIXMIX is designed to feel indulgent, elevated, and easy to enjoy.

Do you use artificial sweeteners?
No. LIXMIX is crafted without artificial sweeteners because we wanted the flavors and espresso to taste smooth, balanced, and authentic.

Is LIXMIX dairy-free?
Our current flavors are crafted with real dairy to create the smooth, creamy texture that’s signature to the LIXMIX experience. As we continue to grow and explore new flavor concepts, we may introduce additional options in the future.

Do I need to refrigerate it?
Nope! LIXMIX is shelf-stable thanks to careful brewing and packaging. For the best experience, chill before enjoying for that smooth, café-style sip.

Can I subscribe and save?
Yes! You can subscribe to your favorite LIXMIX flavors for 10% off every order, delivered on your schedule. Subscribers may also receive first access to select launches, limited drops, and new flavors.

Do subscriptions auto-renew?
Yes — subscriptions automatically renew according to the delivery schedule selected at checkout. You can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account portal.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
We work quickly to process orders, so changes or cancellations cannot always be guaranteed once an order is placed.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship across most of the U.S. (with a few exceptions based on beverage shipping regulations). Our dream? To spread mini indulgence worldwide.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Do you ship cold?
No — LIXMIX is shelf-stable and ships at ambient temperature. For the best experience, refrigerate before enjoying.

What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our beverages, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once orders have shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there’s an issue with delivery, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@lixmix.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll gladly help make it right.
