The Story Behind LIXMIX
I created LIXMIX because I wanted ready-to-drink coffee to feel elevated and taste delicious.
Too many options I tried tasted artificial, were overly sweet, or put function ahead of flavor. I wanted luxury coffee without the excess. That meant choosing high-quality ingredients for exceptional taste, without relying on artificial sweeteners or taking shortcuts on flavor.
Just as important was finding a way to make cafĂ©-quality coffee genuinely convenient. I wanted an iced specialty coffee that balanced premium espresso, creamy milk, and delicate cafĂ©-inspired notes with just the right touch of sweetness. Smooth, light, and easy to drink, itâs made for real life, whether thatâs after Pilates, at the office, on a flight, or between school drop-offs.
My years living abroad in Germany and Prague, along with the cafés and flavors I discovered on my travels, inspired LIXMIX. I spent 18 months developing it to get that balance right.
