The Story Behind LIXMIX
I created LIXMIX because I wanted ready-to-drink coffee to feel more elevated and delicious.
Too many options felt overly artificial, overloaded with sugar, or built entirely around functionâsacrificing flavor and experience in the process.
I wanted luxury coffee without the excess.
Just as important was bringing together two things I rarely saw coexist: exceptional taste and true convenience. I wanted a rich, espresso-based coffee experienceâthe kind youâd seek out at your favorite cafĂ©âbut designed for real life: after a Pilates class, at the office, on a flight, or between school drop-offs and everything else on the calendar.
Inspired by years of living abroad, traveling, and discovering cafés, desserts, and flavors around the world, I spent 18 months developing LIXMIX to create something indulgent, balanced, and effortless to enjoy anywhere.
